1. Do you have E-catalogue for checking?

Yes, we have it. Please you contact us by Wechat or WhatsApp, also can send us an email for sending catalogue.

2. Do you have a complete price list?

Normally we have price list for our main products, and we can only quote the reference prices.The raw materials’ cost and currency exchange rate change everyday and our quotation validity is only one week (7 days). 

3. Do you accept customized products?

Yes, we had experiences of making customized products(mainly for cable lug) for our customers,and we developed some new moulds for special requirements. Normally we need about 30 days for making new mould.

4. How do you finish the OEM order?

First of all, our minimum order is US$5000 if you ask for OEM order.

We can accept to use your labels for nylon bag, then then put all bags to your colourful inner box, and then all boxes go into strong carton. For more details,you can email us for checking our customers’ cooperation case.

5. Do you accept free samples?

Yes,if we can provide you free samples for checking quality, normally 5~10pcs for each size.

We supply you free samples but you have to pay for express charge. Sometimes we also accept everything free if you have big chances to be our potential professional customers.

6. What’s your delivery time?

For samples, we can deliver it within 3 working days.

For goods, normally we can deliver it within 30 days after receiving your advanced payment.Certainly we can discuss it if different purchase quantity.

7. How to ship the order?

For sample, we will send it by express such as DHL ,TNT, Fedex, etc.

For goods, we will send it by Air or by Sea according to your requirements.

8. What’s your payment term?

We accept T/T, L/C,West Union and RMB payment.

Our payment policy is that, for T/T we accept 30% in advance and balance before shipment. And for L/C, we can accept 100% irrevocable documentary L/C at sight or partial T/T & partial L/C.

9. How about your quality guarantee?

In normal case we accept half a year for quality guarantee if quality problems caused by our products. And all quality standard is same as all samples whiched we confirmed for each other.

10. What is your agent policy?

First of all, we have to check your annual purchase quantity.If it is accordance with our demand, we will accept you to be our agent. Normally for one country, only one agent in one city. For more cooperation details,please you contact us by email also.
